The Australian Institute of Tae Kwon Do is holding an 8 hour Train-a-Thon involving different arts and instructors.
Where : ITF Martial Arts Centre

When : Saturday 6 th December 2008
Time : 8am to 5pm.
Cost : $40.00 (For the day including lunch) or
$ 5.00 ( per hour )
