ITF 8 Hr Train-A-Thon
Noel Keating of the ITF held his event at Elizabeth so several IBF members attended to give support.
It was a great day with Kym Reid taking a session on arm releases and Nino Pilla (student of Dan Inosanto) took people through escrima. Nino had recently concluded his stint as Rob Schneider's stunt double in "Big Stan" Once again it showed how a good network of good martial artists can come together to help each other.
